“Congratulations to the Yerington Team (High School Students/Intermediate Students/SES Students) for being awarded 1st place in the 2024 Paiute Language Bowl Today! A total of five teams from various schools participated and gave it their all throughout the competition.
1st Place – Yerington
2nd Place – Spanish Springs
3rd Place – Reed High School
4th Place – Wooster
5th Place – McDermitt
We’d like to extend a huge thank you to the Washoe County School District Native American Culture and Education Program for hosting this event!”
