Harvest RV Resort receives approval for SUP from Yerington City Council

Yerington NV – September 28, 2026

At the scheduled City of Yerington Council Meeting on Monday, September 28, 2026, Robert McMinn presented on behalf of Harvest RV Resort, also known as Pony Express Village, regarding an application for an SUP Special Use Permit.

At a Yerington Planning Commission Meeting on September 2, 2026, Commissioners voted to recommend that the Yerington City Council approve the SUP.

This is Mr. McMinn’s presentation to the Yerington City Council on September 28, 2026. McMinn stated that the development’s name is now “Harvest RV Village”. He explained that the changes requested from a mobile home village now include RV spaces and are in response to the high demand/need for temporary housing for construction workers:

With a vote of 4 Aye to 0 Naye (Mayor Garry absent), the Yerington City Council voted to approve a Special Use Permit application submitted by Robert McMinn on behalf of Harvest RV Resort, aka Pony Express Village, LLC for APN 001-231-28 (300 Perumean Lane): September 28, 2026.
