Lend Your Voice, Urgent Need to Know: Lyon County Developments – What Matters to You?

Our rural communities in Lyon County are seeing rapid advancements from large projects: data centers (Monarch), solar farms (Libra and others), the Anaconda Mine BLM land sale, power infrastructure, and housing/developer activity in Silver Springs and Dayton.

Many residents only learn about these projects shortly before deadlines. Water resources in the local River Basins are under long-term stress, and two-lane roads like 95A see increased truck traffic and safety concerns.

This short anonymous poll gathers honest resident input by district. “Your responses can help inform local policy and give residents a stronger voice in community planning.”  Results will be shared with the Lyon County Board of Commissioners, Yerington City Council, and candidates. No commitment required — just your perspective.

Your feedback helps ensure community voices are heard on water, roads, farmland, and quality of life.
