Yerington, Nevada at the Jeanne Dini Cultural Center on June 21, 2025
The spirit of community and compassion was on full display as Sierra Sage Treatment Center hosted the 3rd Annual Hope Roundup, raising more than $15,000 in support of our transformative Equine Therapy Program.
Held under Nevada’s summer skies, the Hope Roundup brought together families, local businesses, and supporters for a day of Western-themed fun—all with the purpose of investing in the emotional and therapeutic well-being of the youth we serve at Sierra Sage. Guests enjoyed an evening filled with live music, a silent auction, and delicious food, while learning about the critical impact equine therapy has on the healing journeys of the youth at Sierra Sage.
The event also gave attendees the opportunity to connect with staff and see firsthand how horses are used to help build trust, communication skills, and emotional resilience in youth overcoming trauma and behavioral challenges. All proceeds from the event will go toward program essentials, including purchasing a ranch truck, horse care, facility maintenance, safety equipment, and ongoing lessons in equine-assisted therapy.
