Obituary for Maria Barrera Ochoa: September 13, 1938 to July 27, 2024

Maria Barrera Ochoa passed away on Saturday, July 27, 2024 at the Carson Tahoe Medical Center in Carson City, Nevada.  She was 85.

Maria was born September 13, 1938 in Mexico the daughter of Jose Barrera Valdovinos and Maria Ochoa Alverez.

She is survived by her children; Jose Luis Herrera,  Maria Del Carmen Herrera, Maria Guadalupe Herrera and Maria Luisa Castillo; also by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

Her rosary and funeral mass were held Friday, August 2, 2024 at Holy Family Catholic Church in Yerington.  Family and friends are invited to sign her online guest book at www.FRFH.net
