Public Hearing for Certificate of Need

The Nevada Health Authority will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, beginning at 2:00 PM PT via teleconference. This public hearing is regarding South Lyon Medical Center’s application for the Certificate of Need. The proposed project involves the construction of a new primary care clinic (RHC) to replace the existing modular facility, which has reached the end of its useful life and no longer meets current healthcare delivery standards. The new stick-built clinic will be located within the same service area to ensure uninterrupted access to care for the community it serves.
