Yerington Intermediate School 8th GRADERS Peyton Galvin (daughter of Matt Jr. and Tashina Galvin) and Tilly Smith (daughter of Travis and Mary Smith) recently told the Rotary Club of Yerington about their experiences at REGL camp.
Rotary pays for and sends several local 8th graders to the leadership camp near Portola, California each year. REGL advisor Cheryl Giomi introduced the girls at a recent Rotary dinner meeting.
REGL stands for Rotary Eighth Grade Leadership.
