On Saturday, October 21st, 2023 local humorists Netti Cooke DeBusk and Vicki Smith Ow-wing hosted a unique event growing in popularity at our nearby reservoir: the 2nd Annual Topaz Lake Witch Paddle & Kayak!
Everyone of all ages was invited to participate and encouraged to bring their board or kayak, and wear their witches’ best.
Netti Cooke DeBusk shared the following photographs and reported, “It was a great time and no bad days when you are on the water. We had a few fishermen trolling that enjoyed our paddle and took photos.”
