Lyon County Sheriff’s Office Arrests: August 20-27, 2023 for 39 Bookings

Lyon County, Nevada ~ For the week of August 20 through 27, 2023, LCSO Jail Division in Yerington recorded 39 bookings for open murder, battery with a deadly weapon, owning/possessing gun by prohibited person, false imprisonment, obtaining/using another person’s identification, minor purchasing/consuming alcohol,  attempt to prevent/dissuade report of crime, FTA failure to appear, tribal charges,  drug-related offenses, possession of stolen vehicle, false statement to/obstructing public officer, resisting public officer, trespass, domestic battery by strangulation, violation of TPO Temporary Protective Order, conspiracy to commit theft, intent to utter fictitious bill/note/check, court commitments, larceny, parole and probation holds, criminal contempt, DUI Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or other Substances, violation of conditions of  OR “own recognizance” release, traffic violations, other agency holds (warrants), burglary, etc.

Bookings/Arrests are not the same as convictions.
