Lyon County, Nevada ~ For the week of August 13 through 20, 2023, LCSO Jail Division in Yerington recorded 40 bookings for FTA failure to appear, tribal charges, drug-related offenses, possession of stolen vehicle, false statement to public officer, resisting public officer, trespass, domestic battery by strangulation, conspiracy to commit theft, intent to utter fictitious bill/note/check, court commitments, larceny, parole and probation holds, criminal contempt, DUI Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or other Substances, violation of conditions of OR “own recognizance” release, traffic violations, other agency holds (warrants), burglary, etc.
Bookings/Arrests are not the same as convictions.
