T. Driver Charged with FIRST DEGREE MURDER WITH THE USE OF A DEADLY WEAPON

On April 5th, 2022 Lyon County District Attorney Stephen B. Rye filed an AMENDED CRIMINAL COMPLAINT in the Justice Court of Canal Township (Fernley, Nevada) declaring upon information and belief that Troy E. Driver has committed the following crime(s):

COUNT I : FIRST DEGREE MURDER WITH THE USE OF A DEADLY WEAPON;

COUNT II:  KIDNAPPING IN THE FIRST DEGREE;

COUNT III: ROBBERY;

COUNT IV: BURGLARY OF A MOTOR VEHICLE;

COUNT V: DESTROYING EVIDENCE.
