Tilden Blaine Tibbals was born on Thursday, January 20th, 2022 at 4:57 a.m., just before sunrise to proud parents Blaine and Ashly Tibbals.
He weighed in at a whopping 9 pounds 10 ounces, measuring 21 inches long.
