Joshua “Josh” Davis had been a Yerington resident for many years when he was killed by his landlord, Donald Lavern Webb, on August 8, 2022. Josh moved to Yerington from Sacramento, California to be a caretaker for his paternal grandmother, Carol A. Davis, and stayed in the community after her death. Josh’s father, Douglas Edward Davis, had been in Yerington for 15 years.
