Lend Your Voice \ LyoNVoices
From Pamela Gurr Yerington / Mason Valley Resident
Dear Editor,
For many months I have been working with residents on the idea of a strong Community Benefits Agreement (CBA) as a practical Plan B for large developments in Lyon County. With projects like Monarch and supporting solar facilities moving forward, we need enforceable protections for our water resources, traffic, infrastructure, and community character while ensuring real local benefits.
I am preparing to present community input at the BOCC workshop on August 3. To make sure I bring the true voice of Lyon County residents — not just my own assumptions — I have launched a short poll through Lend Your Voice.
Please take a few minutes to share your thoughts: (Either orange link will take you to the survey that appears like this.)

Results will be shared publicly and presented at the workshop. Together we can help shape responsible growth that works for all of us.
Thank you,
Pamela Gurr Yerington / Mason Valley Resident
