Yerington Man Arrested Following Joint Drug & Firearms Investigation

On June 16th , 2026, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office, Special Investigations Unit (SIU) assisted Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) and U.S Immigration Customs and Enforcement (ICE) with a Criminal Enforcement Operation in the 100 Block of Falcon Way, Yerington Nevada 89447.

ADRIAN PELAYO-GARCIA was arrested by ICE, with local Lyon County criminal charges pending for:

NRS 453.336.2C – 14-28 GM, Meth. (62079) Cat C

NRS 453.337.2a – PCS SCH I-IV for Sales, Cocaine (51141) Cat D

NRS 453.337.2a – PCS SCH I-IV for Sales, Meth. (51141) Cat D

NRS 202.360.2e – Own Possess Firearm by Illegal Alien (51462) Cat D

NRS 202.360.3 – Possess Firearm in Relation to Commission of Drug Related Charges (66061) Cat B
