Lyon County’s Rural Nevada Counseling Services recently featured Richie Conchola in their introduction of staff to the communities.
Richie began his recovery journey at RNC nearly seven years ago as a client. After graduating from drug court, he was offered a position as a Peer Recovery Support Specialist (PRSS).
Since then, Richie has witnessed and contributed to the growth of RNC into one of the top CCBHCs in the state. Over the years, he has played a key role in shaping our Transitional Living program, managing the Silver Springs office, and is now back home, feeling grateful to manage the Yerington office.
Recently, Richie became a certified PRSS Supervisor and has enthusiastically stepped in to support our current Peer team.
