Battle Born Medevac is excited to announce that we now carry blood on every flight, boosting survival chances for trauma patients in rural areas.

Crews can now begin transfusions at the scene and continue them en route to the hospital, addressing a leading cause of preventable trauma death: uncontrolled bleeding.
