Dora, age 81, was born in San Bernardino, California, and was a lifelong resident of Yerington, Nevada. Dora passed peacefully at her home where she entered the glorious presence of her Lord and Savior on April 1, 2025.
Dora retired in 2014 from South Lyon Medical Center, where she proudly served over 30 years as a CNA. Dora was active in her church: Holy Family Catholic Church, and was a mother to nine children. She loved the outdoors, especially fishing and camping. Also supporting her husband in stock car racing and demolition derbies, as his crew chief and pit mechanic. Dora loved playing her favorite penny slot machine at Dini’s Lucky Club and was a past member of the Mason Valley Rock Club. Dora was known for her witty personality, kind heart, and that ear-to-ear smile that everyone loved.
Dora was preceded in death by her husband of 34 years Robert “Tank” Williams, and three children, sons Frank Vallejo and John Williams, and daughter Sheila Williams.
Dora is survived by her children, Debbie Beemer (Richard); Russell Vallejo (Kate); Toni Harrison; Kathleen Pierce (John); Anthony Williams (Krista); and Arthur Williams. Also, numerous grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Pall bearers will be James Castro, Steven Castro, Matthew Castro, Robert J. Williams, Angel Harrison and Jesus Ruiz.
Services will be held Friday April 11, 2025, starting at twelve noon at Holy Family Catholic Church, 103 N. West St. in Yerington, Nevada with burial next to her husband at Valley View Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to sign her online guest book at www.FRFH.net
