Shawn Lee Collins ~ Graveside Service Scheduled for July 15th at Elm Tree Cemetery

UPDATE: A Graveside Service for Shawn Collins at Elm Tree Cemetery off of Missouri Flats Road on July 15, 2023 at 9a.m.. All who knew Shawn are invited.

Shawn Lee Collins passed away at Veteran’s Hospital in Reno Nevada on Tuesday evening, February 14, 2023. He was 57 years old.

Shawn was born in Butte, Montana on October 22, 1966 to his parents Bill Collins and Helen “Tina” Collins. He went to school in Butte, Montana and in Ticaboo, Utah.  After serving in the US Army, Shawn worked as a mining equipment operator.

Shawn was predeceased by his mother Helen “Tina” Collins; his wife JoElla Bell; and his son Rambo Peltier.

Shawn is survived by his father Bill (Susan) Collins; brothers Tim Collins and Terence Pugh; sisters Tina Casey, Sue (Dave) Sayers, Charlotte (Patrick) Collins, Meredith Clark (Walter), Maureen (Che’) Rugemer, and Carol (Marc) Rilling; his daughter Nora (Dave) Guthrie; his sons Cody (Mandi) Collins, Tyler Collins, Corey (Elizabeth) Webber; ex-wife Tammy Peltier; 12 grandchildren and many cousins.

Memorial services will be scheduled at a later date.
