FALL MEETING: BI-VALLEY RETIRED PUBLIC EMPLOYEES (RPEN) 9/27/2022

After a summer recess and well attended August Picnic, the Bi-Valley RPEN will meet at the Lions Club on Tuesday, September 27, 2022. The meeting will be at 8:00 A.M. with a special program: an ELECTION FORUM.

***We have invited all Candidates to speak. Our purpose is educational and we do not endorse any particular candidate. ***

We will have the SCAMS AND CON GAMES from the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office on October 25, 2022. We will meet at the Lions Club and then go to the Sheriff’s office, to meet again with Mitch Brantingham, Sheriffs Deputy.
For the next several months, the emphasis will be on MEMBERSHIP. Our goal is to once again increase
enrollment up to 10,000 (statewide) to be ready for the 2023 Legislature. RPEN represents all public retirees and
especially those currently employed at age 50 & up with 5 years vested and planning retirement.

Our state executive officers, Terri Laird and Kerry Armanesco, will be lobbying current and new legislators
to protect your retirements.

For further information, contact June Matheus @ 774-463-2143 or Rita Evasovic @ 775-473-3046.
The Bi-Valley Chapter of RPEN includes Retired Public Employees residing in Mason and Smith Valleys.

The event is finished.
