We can already picture it! The glow of twinkling lights, mugs of cocoa in hand, laughter with friends and neighbors, and a canvas filled with holiday cheer.
Join us for an evening that feels straight out of a Hallmark movie and the Christmas spirit fills the air. Monday, December 8th at the Pioneer Convention Center.

Agai Dicutta Gymnasium in Schurz NV: As we close out the Schurz Elementary School basketball season, we’d like to recognize our student-athletes while also honoring the original warriors — both those still with us and those who have passed on.
Because this will be a larger community event, I’m reaching out to see who would be willing to volunteer and help with planning and setup. There will be quite a bit of footwork involved, and everyone’s support will make a big difference.
Event Details:
Date: Wednesday, December 10, 2025 (the week after the last SES Boys game)
Time: 6:30pm – 8pm
Location: Agai Dicutta Gymnasium (Tribal Gym) – 1127 Cottonwood Drive
Event Outline:
Introduction of our Original Warriors — we’d like to present them with memorable gifts, give them a chance to introduce themselves, and share their basketball stories with our youth.
Games: SES Girls vs. Schurz Alumni, followed by awards.
Games: SES Boys vs. Schurz Alumni, followed by awards.
This event will be a beautiful opportunity to bring our community together — to celebrate the past, uplift our youth, and share in laughter, love, and good energy.

This year’s theme is CHRISTMAS MOVIES so whether you’re dreaming of dancing like the Hot Chocolate waiters from The Polar Express, plotting mischief like Kevin from Home Alone, or ready to declare your love with cue cards like Love Actually, we want your festive flair in the parade!
Bring your float, your group, your goat dressed as the Grinch (we don’t judge), and help us make this the most magical, cinematic Christmas yet.
