Bound & Wrapped Co. Opens in Yerington: Offering Books, Flowers & Uniquely Crafted Gifts

Yerington NV – March 7, 2026

Yerington Chamber of Commerce announced:

What an incredible day celebrating the Grand Opening of Bound and Wrapped Bookstore!

Our community truly showed up in the best way possible. From the moment the doors opened, the shop was filled with smiling faces, friendly conversations, and the excitement of finally having a place where people can shop, gather, and just hang out surrounded by great books and gifts.

A huge thank you to our Mayor, City Council Members, Chamber Board Members, and the Main Street Committee for joining in and helping host such a special ribbon cutting ceremony. The support means so much and helps make moments like this possible for local businesses.

Most of all, thank you to everyone who stopped by to celebrate, browse the shelves, and share in the excitement. It’s clear that Bound and Wrapped Bookstore is already becoming a special place for our community, and we can’t wait to see all the memories that will be made.

Be sure to stop in, explore the shelves, and say hello, they are just getting started!

Robert Winward reported:

Today was a huge day for my daughter Megan Solari and her friend Tashina Galvin. They had their grand opening of a bookstore called Bound & Wrapped Co. I can’t even begin to explain how proud of them both. They had a dream, and 2 very willing husbands that were instrumental in making their dream come true. Big shout out to Leo Solari and Officer Matt Galvin!

They all worked tirelessly to make this day happen.

Well done!

Megan wrote: Today was one of those moments I know I’ll carry with me forever. Standing in our little bookstore with my best friend, and watching something that once felt like a distant dream become very real was overwhelming in the best way.

No part of that dream compared to what actually happened today.

Our community showed up for the grand opening of Bound & Wrapped Co. in the most beautiful way…filling the shop with laughter, conversations, curiosity, and so much love. Watching people wander the shelves, sit down on the couch, talk about books, and make this space their own meant everything to us.

This place was always meant to be more than a bookstore. Today, you helped make it a true home for stories. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for believing in us.

From Tashina Galvin & Megan Solari on March 1, 2026 at the Friends & Family Preview:

Today was something we will never forget.

Today we opened the doors of Bound & Wrapped Co. to the people who helped build it — our family, our friends, our biggest cheerleaders, and the ones who believed in this dream long before it had shelves!

You’ve listened to the late-night ideas.

You’ve helped paint walls and move bookcases.

You’ve answered panicked phone calls and celebrated the tiny wins.

You’ve encouraged us when the “what ifs” felt louder than the excitement.

And today… you walked through our doors .

Seeing you in our space — flipping through books, sitting in cozy corners, smiling under the glow of the lights — made every long night worth it .

This bookstore was built with intention. Every genre curated. Every corner imagined for someone specific in this town. And today, watching you experience it first… we felt it come alive.

Bound & Wrapped Co. is more than a bookstore. It is community. It is comfort. It is courage. It is a dream that so many hands helped hold.

From the bottom of our hearts — thank you for believing in us.

We cannot wait to officially open our doors, Saturday March 7th and share this magic with everyone!

Goodnight Indie Bookstore of our dreams.

With so much gratitude,

Tashina & Megan

All about construction: Bound & Wrapped Co. 2026

The bookstore may say Bound & Wrapped Co. on the door, but we all know there are two very important silent partners behind those sage-green columns and fairy lights: Matt Galvin and Leo Solari.

These men have given their blood, sweat, and probably a few of our tears and meltdowns to make this dream come to life!

Behind every painted wall, every bookshelf moved “just one more time,” every late-night pivot — they were there.

Leo — our Facebook Marketplace king. Charming sweet older women into unreal deals, hauling home treasures, and moving like he’s on a flooring pit crew. Pure get-it-done energy. He also owns and operates Solarwinds Hauling and Yard Services if you need some help with a dream if your own.

Matt — the craftsman. The antique barn wood ladder. The custom light box. The lamp incident that almost took him and Megan out. And the 3 a.m. disaster the night before that he somehow fixed before morning…ish.

When people say choose your spouse wisely — they mean it!

Because when someone says “that won’t work,” hears “but we need it for the vibe,” and responds with “okay, I’ll make it work,” then stays up late to build your wild vision anyway — that’s rare.

Bound & Wrapped may be our names on the paperwork…

But this store stands because of them.

We could not have done this without you. And we are endlessly grateful

Thank you to everyone who contributed to this story!
