Mary Lou Williams passed away on Thursday, October 30, 2025 at her home in Wellington, Nevada. She was 90.
Mary Lou was born January 31, 1935 to Vergil and Alice Zehner. She grew up in the Seattle, Washington area where she attended school and played the violin in the high school orchestra. On February 26, 1955, she married her beloved Stanley Williams, the love of her life.
In 1960, Mary and Stan moved to Reno to raise their children. Then in 1968, they moved the family to Henderson, Nevada. She raised her children and was very happy making them the focal part of her life. In 1997, after working for the Clark County School District, Mary and Stan retired to Smith Valley.
They were lifelong members in Eastern Star; and Stan was a member of the Masonic Lodge where they traveled the State of Nevada.

Mary Lou’s memorial service will be held at the Yerington Masonic Temple, 41 North Main Street in Yerington, Nevada on November 22, 2025, starting at 1:00 pm with a reception to follow. Family and friends are invited to sign her online guest book at www.FRFH.net
