Yerington, Nevada – August 26, 2025
53 people attended the annual Summer Picnic at Mountain View Park for Bi-Valley RPEN: Smith & Mason Valleys Retired Public Employees of Nevada. Karen & Dave Dini served up their popular tri-tip sandwiches accompanied by a potluck of salads and desserts. RPEN members from Gardnerville, Carson, Fernley, Reno, Sparks, Washoe County chapters travelled to Yerington for the picnic as well.
Special speakers included Yerington Interim City Manager Jerry Bryant; RPEN State President Lynne Ballatore; RPEN Executive Director Terri Laird; and Bi-Valley RPEN Chapter President Rita Evasovic.
Among the faces that you may recognize in the photo gallery that follows, are renowned public servants who dedicated their entire careers toward building strong foundations for our city, county and state community.
