State of Nevada Letter FY26-FY29 Community Health Nurse Contract:
Agenda Item 12.a. For Possible Action: Approve Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Lyon County and the Lyon County School District for the School Resource Officer (SRO) Program to provide five (5) deputy sheriffs to be assigned to schools in Dayton, Fernley, Silver Springs, Yerington and Smith Valley from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2027, with the School District providing up to $460,000 on an annual basis for FY26 and FY27.

Agenda Item 13.a. For Possible Action: Approve a request from the City of Yerington to use park construction tax in the amount of $30,000 for improvements for tennis and pickleball courts on East Goldfield Avenue.

Agenda Item 15.a. For Possible Action: Approve the Master Services Agreement (MSA) between DOWL and Lyon County for development-related services, including County Engineer, County Surveyor, Floodplain Management, and Inspection Services.

Agenda Item 15.b. For Possible Action: Approve the development of a comprehensive GIS-based Development Map, including associated software licensing, hardware, and professional consulting services, in the amount of $13,600, to be funded through a budget transfer from the General Fund Contingency.
