Guadalupe Cueva, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, born on March 12, 1941, passed away on March 21, 2025, at the age of 84.
Guadalupe is survived by his devoted wife, Anna Cueva, of 50 years, and his cherished children: Lupe Cueva, Jr., Ernesto Cueva, Mercedez Cueva, and Esperanza Budd-Cueva. He was a proud grandfather to 10 grandchildren and was delighted to have 4 great-grandchildren.
Guadalupe was deeply committed to his family, guiding them with quiet strength, unwavering integrity, and heartfelt humility, always placing their well-being above all else. His presence was deeply felt, and though he preferred to avoid the limelight, his quiet guidance and steady wisdom profoundly shaped the lives of those around him.
Guadalupe was a man of his word, steadfast in his principles, who enjoyed life’s simpler pleasures—a hearty laugh, a good joke, quality time spent with loved ones, and a little brandy nightcap.
Although Guadalupe’s passing leaves a deep void, his legacy continues through his family, who will forever cherish the memories of laughter, lessons learned, and quiet moments shared. His spirit will be carried forward in every act of kindness, integrity, and devotion to family by those he leaves behind.
