Frank Pizzo Announces His Candidacy for Re-Election to the Yerington City Council

My name is Frank Pizzo and I’m running for re-election to our City Council. I love this town and know that we can continue to grow for the better while keeping our small town way of life. I have several goals I still want to accomplish, and I hope I can count on your vote in November to reach them!

Make sure our police department has the tools it needs for success. This includes upgrading our current facilities and securing more training opportunities for our first responders.
Continue to grow offroad recreation in our area. VORRA brings fun and people to our town, and we can build off that.
As a safety committee member, I want to ensure our town is as accessible and safe as possible. I was proud of what we were able to do in our school zone, and can’t wait to see what else we accomplish.
I’m also a member of the airport committee. We can increase traffic to our local airport with the right steps, and we need to continue to grow there with more fly-ins and fun events.
