She was the third child born to her parents.  She was placed in an Orphanage after 1941 after the death of her mother and was surrendered by her father who felt unable to care for her.  She was placed in the home of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Woehler until Lizzy Woehler passed away about 1950. Patty was then returned to the Orphanage from 11yrs old till she was 16. Her childhood was challenging and shaped her life, saved by her love of God and Jesus.

She married a few times seeking the family and love she longed for.  She raised her daughter then in 2002 she would eventually find love in Nevada with her husband Nacho who proceeded her in death in 2018. Her daughter would follow her out to Nevada in 2006 and find love of her own and provide a loving Granddaughter to Patty that would keep her anchored in Nevada.
After the passing of her husband Nacho, she longed for her family and friends from her years in her fond home of Kentucky. Her health deteriorated over the last year due to Cancer and she was provided care through Infinity Hospice as she wanted to remain at home close to her daughter and family.
