Experience the paranormal while discovering southern Lyon County’s unique past in Night at the Museum, Mystery Flashlight Tour. Hauntings, whispers, and unexplained paranormal activity were documented during a 2023 paranormal investigation by Viper Paranormal Investigations in our very own Lyon County Museum. Findings of this investigation inspired this event. This one-of-a-kind, guided tour, complete with historical figures sharing their history, will shed light on our past while revealing ghostly visitors who linger amongst the artifacts.

Night at the Museum, Mystery Flashlight Tour is scheduled for Friday, October 17th and Saturday, October 18th from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at our very own Lyon County Museum, 215 S. Main Street in Yerington. Tickets are $25.00 each and include an engraved flashlight, ghostly tour, and reception with wine and charcuterie at the conclusion of the tour. Reservations are limited to 20 adults each night. (No children due to the unique content of the tour as well as reception with wine at the conclusion.)

This event is possible because of the proud partnership and collaborative efforts of Lyon County Museum and Through A Child’s Eyes Foundation Board of Directors to bring a cultural performing arts experience unique to beautiful Mason Valley.
