Y.E.S. 1st Graders send Letters to Santa

Yerington, Nevada – December 21, 2025

Each year, for 4 years now, just before Christmas, Yerington Elementary School 1st Graders and their teachers carefully prepare letters to send to Santa Clause. The teachers schedule an appointment to place the letters to a very special mail box at Arrighi, Blake & Associates’ Office on Main Street in Yerington for express delivery to the North Pole!

Tashina Galvin with Arrighi, Blake & Associates’ Office reported: “The Santa Letters Program has become a truly special tradition for us. We collect Santa letters from the Boys & Girls Club Toddlers, Pre-K classes, and the Y.E.S. 1st graders.”

“The Boys & Girls Clubs of Mason Valley Pre-Kindergarten and Y.E.S. 1st graders also get to take a field trip to our office, where they:

• *Have their letter stamped with the same Santa stamp used on their Good Certificate
• *Place their letter into our Santa Letter Box
• *Enjoy hot chocolate and a mini candy cane”

“And of course, we get the joy of reading their sweet (and often very creative!) answers about what they asked Santa for this year.”
