Walker River Paiute Economic Development Authority Quarterly Report & Introduction of the WRPEDA Emerging Business Leaders Advisory Board

Today, October 23, 2025, the Walker River Paiute Economic Development Authority (WRPEDA) delivered its first quarterly report during the Walker River Paiute Tribal (WRPT) Council meeting. The report highlighted the Authority’s recent progress in advancing economic opportunities and supporting tribal enterprises.

In addition, the newly formed Walker River Paiute Economic Development Advisory Board, made up of emerging business leaders from our tribal nation, formally introduced themselves and shared their goals for the year ahead. Their presentation focused on community engagement, consistent participation in meetings, and the accomplishments they have already achieved since their establishment in September 2025.

WRPEDA extends appreciation to the Tribal Council and community members for their continued support as we work together to build a stronger economic future for the Walker River Paiute Tribe.
