Hernan Guzman born on July 30th, 1988, in Valparaiso, Zacatecas, Mexico. He was the second oldest of 6 children.
At the age of 4 years, Hernan moved from Valparaiso to Yerington, Nevada. As a little boy, he was very silly and he always liked disassembling anything then rebuilding it mechanically. Hernan was very respectful, brave, loving: a great protector. He loved creating things and experimenting…but most of all he was always a boy at heart. He loved fat and fluffy animals. He would set up little fighting arenas for scorpions and spiders.
For his first job, Hernan worked at Marathon in Yerington with his father. He later moved to Denver, Colorado where he became a supervisor at Owens Corning for 10 years. He returned to Yerington to be closer to family. While working at Panasonic, Hernan earned his way up to a promotion as an employee supervisor.

Hernan was a son, husband, brother, uncle. For those of you who knew Hernan, he made an an immediate impact upon anybody who met him. His smile would light up the room and so would his laughter! Hernan also had quite a sense of humor. And no matter who you were, he would always wholeheartedly welcome you!
So today, let’s not grieve the loss of Hernan – let’s celebrate his life. Let’s hold on to the stories, the laughs, the love. Let’s remember him the way he lived: full of spirit, kindness and heart.
He will forever be living in our hearts .
