6.30.25 Update on Megan Allison’s Junior High School National Finals performance in Des Moines, Iowa: She made Nevada proud. Megan had two top 10 performances and won the short go with a time of 8.1. She finished 3rd in the world in goat tying!
Megan and her parents returned to Yerington tonight after an adventurous 3100 mile round trip hauling her horse, Beaver, in a trailer!

Megan Allison, the 2025 Junior High Champion in Girls Goat Tying in Nevada (NSJHSRA Nevada State Junior High School Rodeo Association), and her parents, along with her horse Beaver, are leaving today to travel across the country to Des Moines, Iowa for the Junior High National Finals June 20th, 2025.
