December 9, 2024 Mason Valley is blessed with the talent of local writers, choreographers, dancers, singers, producers, hosts, set designers and stage hands who have worked together for years to develop the artistic mastery exhibited on stage this past weekend at the Yerington Theatre for the Arts in the Jeanne Dini Cultural Center.
Per the performance program, The Nutcracker was, “written and produced by Karen Pederson & Cathe Faretto, and directed by Staci Carlson.”
“Choreography and dance instruction by Staci Carlson and Antonia Roots. Tumbling choreography & instruction by Cindy Cliften, Noelle Watson, and Trina Frizell.”
The Nutcracker sets & design team included Cathe Faretto, Stu Doshier, Krista Pineda, Mari Koop and Sharon Godfrey.
To preface each of this weekend’s performances, the Mason Valley Singers with Director Karen Pedersen sang Christmas Carols for the audiences.
