On 06/30/2022, defense lawyers for Troy Driver filed a MOTION TO DISMISS in the Justice Court of Canal Township (Fernley) for Count I, First Degree Murder. This motion was filed in response to forensic evidence that indicates Naomi Irion was killed in Churchill County, not Lyon County where the charges were filed.
